Kastles Are WTT Champions!!

Hey Kastles Fans!

Oh, I’m sorry –  Kastles World Champion Fans!

Coach Murphy here and I want to thank you for an amazing season and your amazing support and energy each and every night we played – both home and away! This is not my team, this is your team! And you were just as important to us winning as the forehands and backhands that were hit on the court. We are World Champions now and for me, this experience has been the best tennis memory of my life!

It’s only been a couple of days since we won and I’m still blown away at how incredible it feels to win the championships! What about Olga and Scott O? Isn’t that incredible how they improved and came through in the playoffs?! And Rennae and Leander and all their leadership! How cool is it that when you come to a Kastles match you get a chance to not only root for your team but you also get to know the team personally?

And you – the fans – became a part of the Kastles team every night! The Kastles fans became Olga’s first serve and the Kastles fans became Scott Oudsema’s first volley! And way to go Leander for becoming the MVP of the league and super COME ON to Scott Oudsema for being crowned MVP of the Championship Match! Awesome!

This season is an experience I will never forget and I have you to thank for it! I’m looking forward to next season and beyond and I’m thinking dynasty! The Kastles team and fans are World Champions and next season we will be defending Champions! So stay close to us and keep visiting my blog and the Washington Kastles website! And don’t forget as you play tennis this summer that we shared something special!

Kastles Winning Streak!

Hey Kastles Fans!

Coach Murphy here! Are you ready? Do you Refuse to Lose? We do!!!!!!!!!

Serena is playing in Kastles Country tonight, and on Thursday we play John McEnroe! Come on!!!! You never gave up on us when we were 0 and 4,  so we didn’t give up on you! Thanks to the Kastles fans, the players and the entire team we are now 4 and 4!!!!! A win tonight puts us one more match closer to our goal: #1!!!!!!!!!!

The Washington Kastles are truly America’s team! Because D.C. has people visiting from all over the country, we get fans from all over the country! I met someone today who is going to the match tonight and they are from Alaska! Come on!!!! I know eight people from Seattle!!!!

Let’s keep this train rolling down the tracks toward the Championships!!!!!!!!!!!! The Kastles Refuse to Lose! See you tonight and Thursday! I need you all at the stadium ready to do battle! Thanks for being the best fans in the world!!!!

Kastles Season is Underway!

Hey Kastles Fans!!!!

Coach Murphy here and I want you to know that the team is working very hard and ready to win! We just landed here in Boston to play the Lobsters tonight! So far the Kastles fans are undefeated this season! It’s crazy! It’s amazing! And I’m so fired up for tonight’s match! Guess who starts her run with the Kastles tonight? Yes, it’s SERENA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We need YOU!

Hey Kastles fans, Coach Murphy here and I want you to know that the Kastles players and team are ready to go!!!!!! Serena is at Wimbledon looking to win another major! Leander Paes is on FIRE after winning the French Open doubles and “Boom Boom” Scott Oudsema is tearing it up on the ATP Tour as well as Angela Haynes reported to me she playing the best of her life and looks forward to becoming the WTT Most Valuable Player this Season!!!! Come on!!!! But my question is: are the Kastles fans ready? Do you have your season tickets? I need the fans as bad as I need Serena serving aces! What drew me to DC and WTT are the Kastles fans! We have 7 home matches and I want any team that comes into our house to know that WE REFUSE TO LOSE! Not me, not Serena, not Scott, Leander, Coco or Angela! “We” meaning the fans, the players and the entire DC area! Make this team your team and make this summer the best tennis summer of your life!!!!! I need you for all 7 home matches and the Championship match! Come on! It’s “OUR” Team and “OUR” time to shine and WIN!

Coach Murphy Jensen here and I’m so excited about the upcoming season and the NEW KASTLES TEAM! Serena is BACK! And if you have never seen her play, it’s time that you do. She is one of the most exciting tennis players in the history of the game of tennis. One of the GREATEST of ALL TIME! I mean, I’m shaking in my boots with excitement and the opportunity to coach this Team! YOUR TEAM!!!!! The Kastles Team is the Kastles Fans Team.

And my mission and goal is to get your team into the Championship Match and win the Billie Jean King Trophy for you!!!!!!!!!!! But I need your help. I need enthusiastic, passionate Kastles Fans to cheer us on and get us through the tough times. We have seven home matches and I expect the loudest and most supportive fans in the league. Let’s make magic and great memories this summer through the Kastles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I could write all day, but I have to get back to Kastles practice with Angie Haynes, CoCo Vandeweghe, Leander Paes, and Scott Oudsema and of course SERENA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So my advice to all of you Kastles fans is to buy your season tickets right away because they are going fast!!!! And the Kastles World TeamTennis Team leaves NO FANS BEHIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you’re in, I’m in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just can’t wait to meet each and every Kastles fan this summer! Lets ROCK World TeamTennis and Washington and show the Tennis World who has the best fans on the PLANET!
